I have played the course 100+ times. Never has it been this bad.
Greens had large bare spots, bumpey, discolored and not consistent.
Fairways were uneven, tight, bare spots and rough driving on them.
Sand traps had dirt and not sand. Amount of dirt was inconsistent.
Tee boxes were as bad as the rest of the course.

Course only had 9 holes open and it was cart path only. The issue is the golf now did not have the condition of the course showing. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were horrible.

The course is in horrible condition. The tee boxes have NO grass, the fairways had very little grass, the greens are burnt and rough does not exist. The only good thing was the sand.

Everything but the greens we're horrible. Played the tips and tee boxes had no grass and fairways had more weeds than grass.

Course was wet and tee boxes could use some work, but great track

The greens we're in good ( not great) Condition. The tee boxes had little to no grass, fairways we're like a cow paster in many areas, sand traps had water in them and others were like concrete. Half the holes were cart path only. It would have been better if the course would have been cart path, at least you could prepare for it.from club house,vno signs telling players were first hole, 10th hole, driving range. Pay $60 for a $30 course. I will never play there again.

Although the course is going through some maintenance, it does not effect the pace of play or course features.
