Cannon Golf Club
Played On 04/15/2024Nice Mix of Challenging and Scoreable Holes
The course is well maintained. Decent practice area with a sandtrap, chipping green, putting green and driving range. Club house needs upgrading. No kitchen service on Mondays.
Rum River Hills Golf Club
Played On 11/04/2020Modestly Maintained But Playable
Tee boxes are in fair condition.
Fairway's are the condition of an average city course.
Green's are only fair.
Amenities need updating.
This course is worth about a $30-$35 green fee.
Oak Marsh Golf Course
Played On 09/13/2018Great Condition - Excellent Practice Amendities
Challenging enough course for all levels. Excellent condition. My only issue was that the greens did not hold the ball as well as I might expect.
St. Croix National Golf Club
Played On 06/29/2018Course is Beautiful - But Golfnow Hot Deal May Not be Honored
I was informed by the staff at the Pro Shop that unless they are able to pair you with someone you pay more for your cart than what you originally paid GolfNow. In other words it is really "with 1/2 of cart. When I told them that is not what the deal states all I got was an argument. Beware, they may not honor your hot deal.
St. Croix National Golf Club
Played On 06/21/2018Beautiful course - Bring Your A Game
Lots of shots with uneven stances. Greens were challenging to read and fast. Blind drives some with rough of 150 yards or more in front require you to execute clean drives. Elevated greens challenge club selection. Enjoy the beauty and be happy with your score - it's not an easy course.
Loggers Trail Golf Club
Played On 10/16/2017Best Kept Secret
A beautiful course with a nice mix of challenging and some open holes. Love the practice facilities which include a driving range, putting greens, chipping greens and sand traps.
Golf at the Legacy
Played On 06/26/2016Course was in great shape but slow greens.
Course is forgiving yet has some challenging holes. Greens were slow and so was play. No Ranger and the locals don't understand the concept of letting people play through.

Mississippi Dunes Golf Links
Played On 10/08/2015Pristine condition
The course was in excellent shape. Many par 3 and 5 holes. In general a long course. Straight hitting required. Many holes with fairway hazards. Beautiful scenic holes especially on the front 9. If you don't have your A game bring a lot of balls. Only issues: The signage between holes are inconsistent. One hole is a par 4 or 5 option with 2 greens but no mentioned is made of this on the scorecard (confusing for 1st time players).
Thank you for the 5 star review! We hope to see you again this season!
The Ponds Golf Club - Red Golf Course
Played On 10/8/2013Not a real long course but definitely target golf.
With 27 holes to play a great course to get out and get in a round without spending a whole day doing it. Bring your A-game.
Oak Marsh Golf Course
Played On 7/30/2013Great course with complete practice facilities.
In beautiful condition. A handful of a very challenging holes. #1 handicap has a 185 yard hazard to hit over. Fantastic practice facility. Driving range, sand trap, chipping green and putting green.
Green Lea Golf Course
Played On 7/26/2013Classic mature golf course with some length and target golf.
With a history of pristine condition I regret to report that it needs some attention. Black dirt in the middle of fairways. Slow greens that do not hold the ball on chips - and this in July. I hope the ownership gets it back into shape as this is a beautiful course that can be both forgiving and challenging.
I apologize for the poor conditions of the course the last time you play. I would like to let you know the conditions of the course have improved greatly from 2 years ago. Come back out and see us!
White Eagle Golf Club
Played On 7/17/2013Beautiful course with some challenging holes.
Great condition. Bring your A game. Cart is required for this course - long rides between some holes.
Monticello Country Club
Played On 7/3/2013Generally forgiving fairways with low cut rough and openness under trees. Some target golf with sharp dog legs.
Course condition was very good. Course management very poor. No Ranger to manage players created a 5 hour round. It was not too busy, just a foursome that had a two hole gap and no knowledge of golf etiquette ahead of the foursome in front of us. When I complained to the front desk after my round I was met with indifference. Not even an apology. Plan for a long round if you want to play this course - I know I won't be back.
Lake Wisconsin Country Club
Played On 6/15/2013Good condition but no player management made for a slow round.
No Rangers. There were 3 foursomes stacked in front of me ( a single) with no one in front of them and no one behind me. Ran into a slow group making everyone wait on each shot.
Chomonix Golf Course
Played On 10/1/2012Fall golf is an easter egg hunt, even in the middle of the fairways.
Do not do a good job of keeping leaves picked up. Greens are inconsistent.
I don't think my comment was understood. To be clear; if I cannot be paired with anyone SCN expects me to pay the other half cart cost to ride by myself. That's not what the offer states. It states that I am paying a price that includes a cart. There are no other contingencies for this offer as it relates to cart costs.
Thank you for playing SCN. Your golf experiance with us is very important and we can usually accommodate a single rider. However, the tee sheet was completely full and all inventory is sold by seat and not by cart by our Vendors (GolfNow and TeeOff) booking engines. 1/2 carts are customary sold with all golf courses.
We have some open inventory this week and welcome you back. In the meantime, we hope you enjoyed meeting a fellow golfer:)
Thanks again for your patronage.
