The Manor Golf and Country Club
Played On 1/21/2013Very high-end, private club experience
Golfnow discounts make this a top value for the experience; it's as nice a private club as any you might play. Only Tom Watson-designed course in GA. Good variety of tees makes this challenging course very playable for different skill levels.
BridgeMill Athletic Club

Beautiful, challenging course. Exceptional conditioning made for very enjoyable round even though we played after 4 days of heavy rains. Convenient and excellent value compared to other courses in the area.
Milton Country Club
Played On 01/12/2013A Neighborhood Course designed to sell Real Estate in the 1990's
A Neighborhood Course designed to sell Real Estate in the 1990's, it winds along narrow tracts not suited to build houses. Well maintained, but evidently not enough land was purchased to fulfill course's potential. The relatively short length doesn't bother me, as I usually play tees at about 6k anyway; it's the fairways and landing areas contrived to fit available spaces that I did not enjoy. Staff was exceptionally friendly and worked to keep a crowded field moving. Amenities were average and OK, but this club recently merged with another, more highly respected course, and they seem to be trading on the better course's reputation for pricing. Not worth the fees I paid, which were supposedly 60% discounted.
The Amelia River Club
Played On 12/30/2012fun to play with a group of divirgent skill levels
Well-maintained course, fun to play with a group of divirgent skill levels because of good variety of tees length/difficulty. Value is very reasonable for area, particularly with GolfNow discounts at convenient times.
