About

Becoming a senior golfer and getting a little crabby about slow play and tricked-up courses. 17 hdcp.

Beautiful, challenging, beware.

Boulder is a beautiful "resort track" layout with lakes, waterfalls and fountains, elevation changes, severe moguls, and uneven lies everywhere.
They have improved the pace of play but the difficulty level mandates a 5 hour round.
I'm almost 60 years old and believe this course is too tricky and difficult with a lot of cart path only areas which create a lot of walking.
I try to take people new to the Cleveland Akron area to this beauty but low handicappers complain about severity and seniors are exhausted in hot weather.
I play client golf and was glad that Boulder finally allowed the Amex card a couple years ago. I'm a 17 hdcp and a member at a local country club where we play 18 in 3-4 hours.
