Golf Club At South Hampton

Paid for 18 holes, I got there early not golf cats available, rude staff overbooked very unorganized 12 kids in front couldn’t finished 9 holes, when i talked to the pro shop about the situation no explanation no refund.
Called golf now no solutions suggested me to call the pro shop i did i talked to Nathan his excuse was he wasn’t there, sorry no refund.

dont waste your money fairways are in better conditions than the greens ! At least let the people know they are working on it, or that's what I'm thinking tho!
