Normally a pleasure to play but they have had mechanical issues and had lost their irrigation system. I will go back next year after conditions have improved.

A hot day but course conditions were good. Fairways had been aerated so there was very little roll. Greens were super. Thursday pm so there were no backups to slow us down too much. Met and played with two nice guys. A very good day!

Would have been better if course wasn’t so wet. No reflections on Viera East staff though, just Mother Nature. Good layout, greens were good and receptive.

Went in the PM, not crowded at all, great pace of play. Ground was soft from rain ( to be expected)) so there was no roll. Greens held great and we’re rolling fast and true. A fun day!

Enjoyed the round. Course was in good shape, good guys to play with and we beat the rain.

Very nice course! Great routing, wet but still worth the $.

Tees, fairways and greens were very good. Bunkers were either washed out, filled with water or under renovation. Fortunately I did not get in any of them. Overall the course was a pleasure to play. In all fairness, they have had a lot of rain recently.

Great course, value and conditions. Former PGA venue. Friendly people , a fun round.

Course was in good condition. Layout is very nice with lots of undulations throughout tha fairways as well as the greens. Lots of steep uphill approaches.

Good layout, fairways were ok but the greens had not yet been cut from over seeding (2 & 1/2 week’s).

Course was good, nice layout . Course needs rangers or someone to manage pace of play. Front nine was good but turned to back nine and 4 foursomes jumped on 10 th.tee in front of us. Guys hit multiple balls each to warm up again and several whiffs. Took 3 hours to play back nine. Never again.

Best conditions I have played this course under, especially the greens.

Course was very wet but we were allowed to take carts off the paths. Pace of play was great. Even though wet you were able to get a good lie in the fairways. Greens were quick and true.

The greens and fairways are very good, the rough was thin in several areas around most of the greens, putting a lot of pressure on your short game. Layout or routing of the holes was very good, I like this course and it was a great value at Golf Now prices.

Course was in good shape. Greens were quick and true, fairways were good but the rough was spotty and inconsistent.

EPlayed in late afternoon, greens were not too fast but in good shape. Course was nice tee to green. Pace of play was quick and my threesome played from 3 different tees. Good value for rate. Would not want to pay much more than my pm fee.

Course is healing well from aeration. Greens a little bumpy, not bad though. Very nice design. Plenty of room to hit tee shots. Traps were penal if you found yourself in them. Greens are well guarded but accessible. Played by myself and finished in less than 3 hours. An enjoyable afternoon at a nice course.

Course has a very good layout. Fairways and tees had been aerated and were very playable. The greens were also aerated and verticut. Due to these maintenance procedures the greens were not very pleasant to putt. I would like to return when the course has healed.
