Tee boxes bare in a lot of cases. Sand and pebble bunkers. Clay, rock and leaves everywhere off fairways. Course layout almost not playable on a few holes. Greens is transition so can’t really complain, but basically were bumper tables. Really disappointed for my first outing - seems like ratings are inflated by a few for some reason.
