Overall course was fun and challenging. Was disappointed with the customer service. We paid almost $200 for the round that was all inclusive of food and drinks. No range balls were provided and we were instructed that we could go out in driving range and retriever balls. The drink cart person came once every hour..
There was no ice in the coolers and provided reuse-water bottles in the cooler with no ice.. we ordered food from the cart person because the restaurant was going to close before we completed our round. Never brought my son’s order. He never apologized and did not try to make it right. I left my sunglasses in the cart. They had emptied and cleaned our clubs and knew we were in the lobby, but never attempted to return sunglasses.
If I hadn’t returned and asked I feel I would’ve never received them. Disappointing end to a fun day!

Me my son and brothers played this course 2 days in a row. April 5th and 6th 2024. First day not knowing the course made for some challenges. All inclusive rounds. Had to remind the drink cart to visit us more than every hour as we paid good money to play course and wanted to take advantage of the all inclusive perks. Day two was better as we were aware of the course layout and played a better round. I unfortunately the bar and restaurant closed at 4pm so we would not have completed round in time to get meal so cart server took our food order. Brought everyone’s food but my son who is a vegetarian and ordered clearly explained what he wanted. His meal never showed. Very disappointing as we paid almost 200 dollars to play and did not get what was paid for. The driver didn’t even make an attempt to make it right. Another group in front of us had the same complaint. Customer service was lacking. I had also left my sunglasses in the cart. They had cleared out carts and he clearly knew the glasses belonged to us but never made an attempt to find us to bring. We had left carts 5 minutes earlier. If I hadn’t gone back to ask I’m sure he would have kept them.
Overall course was fun. Customer service could use some work!!

Fun and challenging. Surprised I didn’t see any crocks this time out. Fun course.

Second time playing during my week stay in Puerto Vallarta. Fun course. Fairways and greens in good condition. Crocks and other reptiles around course made for an exotic round of golf.

The course was very nice. Reptiles on course was exciting. Only negative I have is they charged 55 dollars to have my girlfriend ride in the cart with me and she didn’t even play. I didn’t think this was right.

First time playing this course. I’m from Seattle and use to playing some nice courses.
We were told that the greens were in great condition.
They were not! Sandy and obviously just aerated.
Fairway was not in good shape but we were told it was just seeded. They were watering the course in the middle of our round. It was 2:30.
No markings in the fairway to identify were we were.
My group I invited were not happy.
Course has potential if they take better care of it.

Tight and challenging course.

First time playing this course. Came from out of town and play my fair share of golf. Course was in great condition.
