Excellent GC; if you get a chance to play it jump at it. Feels a little nostalgic playing the hole after reading about the architect and his famous designs. Much like being in an outdoor museum. Great track

Lots of elevation change on fairways. Green have undalation galore. Want to be on the right tier.
A few blind shots but a great track to play.
No driving range is a minus but rest of course is top shelf.

Played from the tips it plays as a quite a challenge. Tees are available for all skill levels. Lots of forced carries and greens have lots of undalation. Not your typical resort course

Good course has challenging holes. Better to play it with someone who knows it.

Good value for an old style country course, extremely friendly staff. Old barn by par 3 is a great photo. Worth the drive
