I live 5 miles from the course but only plaiy it once or twice a year.. a good, scenic layout, but conditions are deplorable. Good enough for a $10 discount round, but not at regular rates or on regular basis. Could be destination course with TLC, but really needs maintenance.. Owners, please give it some love.

Lakeside is 10 minutes from my house and I would love to get a membership, but the cost in comparison to the course conditions keeps me from pulling the trigger. It's a decent layout and beautiful surroundings, but fairways, bunkers, cart paths are sub-par. It's a good deal on GN or at a discounted rate, but not for the full price. Would be great with some mor e TLC.

Paid $16 on Golfnow and was what you'd expect. Scruffy fairways and worst greens I've ever played. Took wife on ride along, who reported no running water in restrooms on course and in clubhouse. Course waterlogged in spots. Overall course maintenance terrible. OK for a cheap value round, but a complete whiff for golf experience. If you can, pay $10 more and go elsewhere.
