Nice layout with decent challenge on some holes. No sand. Not much water. Good place for beginners given the low green fees and laid back feel.

Great value

This was a pleasant surprise. Have seen the low green fees for quite some time. Decided to give it a try. Very nice layout. Shorter holes, no sand, limited water hazards. Pretty dry and tons of roll on drives on the day we went.
This is a great place for beginners to learn the game: very wide open and hard to get into trouble. Greens are small to up the challenge a bit. I will be back.
