Let's take time out to review Golfnow. Let's all pretend that Golfnow charged your credit card $80 MORE than what they should have for a round of golf. Now, let's all look through their wonderful website and try to find a contact number to call. There are several generic questions you can choose but none to address this issue. Now you return to google to find a contact number and you are recommended to start an online chat - don't get excited because it doesn't exist. Golfnow has followed the lead of most of our worthless US based companies that do everything they can to avoid personal customer to supplier interaction because their profits don't allow the expense of paying someone to talk to you the customer. It's just like going to the movies these days, the line can be around the block to see the newest blockbuster but these cheap greedy companies only have one of the ten available registers running. Well I'm not going to book another round until I can talk to a person that can explain where my $80 went. BTW - Savannah Harbor has been in better shape but it was only $50 so it was well worth the money especially since (in this case), I was only charged $50.
