I have played this course several times over the years. I played recently with my son. The course conditions were awful!! The fairways had essentially no grass, the fringe of the greens were in bad shape and the traps were not well cared for. It was cart path only. I was not informed of the cart path rule or the shape of the course when I booked. This used to be a fun, challenging course in North Houston. I will not be back unless I know there have been major improvements. If the groundskeeper worked for me, he would be fired. If I was a member, I would refuse to pay my monthly dues until the situation resolved. Just inexcusable!!!!
