Awesome course

In my opinion this is one of the best mountain courses in the area. Greens are in great shape, with two exceptions - and they are still good.

Great views and challenging holes that require accurate shots. Be sure you understand where the downhills are on the greens.

Worth the Drive

We really enjoyed this links style golf course, especially after spending a week playing in the mountains. We played from the blue tees, which for a 10 handicap was just perfect.

Great Mountain Course.

I got a "hot deal" on Golfnow and played this course in early mid-Oct, right before it was about to be closed for the season. It was in remarkably good shape. The greens were overly fast due to the time of year, but they rolled true. I love the layout, and it has a lot of elevation changes and great views. I would recommend that anyone playing it for the first time play from the white tees. There are a couple of par 3s that are pure evil (from the two back tees). Looking at the full regular price, I would have expected a better GPS system, but everything else (clubhouse, staff, carts, parking, etc...) was very nice. If you use your own GPS, be aware that GolfLogix has holes 15 and 17 reversed.

Nice greens. Partially drought stressed.

This is what I would call a "value: course. I played it with my wife on Sept. 2, 2013. Even though it was a holiday, there were not a lot of people on the course. We were able to play in exactly four hours.

I've played this course in the past and it has been in better condition. Having said that, the greens are still quite good and roll true. The teeboxes are in poor shape, some almost bald, and there are quite a few spots on the fairways that are overtly stressed from lack of water. Overall course condition will likely improve but it is evident that the lack of rain has affected it's condition.

This is a fairly easy course, made difficult only by the occasional narrowness of certain tee shots. In some cases it is too narrow - but without it, the course would be defenseless.
