The fairways are plush and the greens are great. They had a watering issue a couple of weeks ago but that has been fixed and the course is in great shape. There is no better staff than the people at Falcon, from the pro shop to the maintenance workers.
If you haven't played here in the last few weeks you are missing out on a great course at a very reasonable price.

The staff is the main problem. I called three hours ahead of my tee time to cancel and they charged my card for four players stating ALL of their tee times were built around mine. This used to be a great course with the best staff around. new owners are absolutely clueless as to how to treat customers. I've been playing there three times a week for fourteen years. Never again.

Tee boxes were mostly sand, fairways looked like they had been rolled flat and the greens were so slow the ball stopped when rolling downhill. Don't waste your time or money, especially at the price they charge. This should be a $25.00 course, if that much.

Great Eagle was the best golf course in the west valley a few years ago. New owners took over and the course has deteriorated since. cart paths are mud trails full of holes and bumps, they evidently mixed the wrong seed when they overseeded and the fairways are turning brown and going dormant and the greens are patchy and bumpy. When we asked the ranger why we had been on the course for five hours and were only on the fifteenth hole, he told us we needed to play at a different time or on a weekday, instead of doing his job and moving slow players along. Additionally, the young woman in ther pro shop could use some people skills training. The new owner has put all efforts into his sports bar and obviously considers the golf course a secondary issue. Don't waste your time and money here.
