great course, but flow issues
Loved the course, was in great shape and always enjoy playing here. However, apparently a two-some who was supposed to play with us cancelled or no showed, and in front of us was a FIVE SOME (not sure why they allowed this). Instead of asking us if we wanted to tee off a few minutes early, we got stuck behind them. They were very slow, hacking up the course and not filling divots, we were constantly waiting for several minutes every hole and they were never waiting on a group in front of them. We called the clubhouse to encourage them to play faster or let us play through, but we were told they were technically "on pace". Could have been a simple fix but they totally dropped the ball in my opinion.

5-somes can be a challenge, however being a Golf Destination that is very popular we see 5-somes wanting to play. Most if not all area wide courses allow 5-somes if they stay on the pace of a 4-some. We use GPS to track the times of the players so we know if they are behind on pace. With that being said if there was no one in front of the 5-some group for two holes our host should of facilitated you playing through them. There are many factors that come into play to make that decision to play through and without having the information I cant make a determination if we could of done just that.
