Such as shame, this used to be a little gem, however the owner decided that he makes more money from functions then running a golf club so closed the course and all members lost their monies. course is VERY closed now.

We were given a voucher as a present by a friend to play here with buggies (Groupon voucher). We booked it only to find that they don't let buggies go out in circa winter months (even though the groupon voucher was for these dates).

On playing the course you will see why, it is so boggy on the fairways and so poorly drained. The whole course feels like it was built on a rubbish tip and has poorly managed fairways and greens. There are hazards and other such obstacles not expected to see on a golf course in the way and not the best experience all round.

On the upside, the driving range is good and the staff friendly in the pro shop.
