Course layout and overall conditions are good. Greens are having issues with large areas undergoing some kind of vegetative attack. Looks like it’s being treated but makes putting difficult.

third time i have played course and enjoyed the round all the more because familiarity with the layout helps the score. played under three hours on a hot sunday no less. this is a hidden gem in the hills. great staff and attitude.

considering it late in the golf season, the conditions of the fairways and greens are nice. construction of additional houses on the course is good for the course owners but not appealing to me with so many other "in the woods" offerings nearby.

course was in good condition considering all the rain in previous days. greens are consistent and in good shape but will challenge the putter with slopes and contours. several of the front nine fairways had slopes so knowing the course and where to best play the ball will be challenging for a first time to course player. staff very friendly, especially pro shop and restaurant,

greens had quite a bit of sand on them while bunkers were wet and hard packed (it had rained the night before). okay for the price, fair value.

nice course with a few challenging holes and greens. course conditions and greens were above average compared to nearby competitive courses.

greens in good shape for this time of year. fairways and rough average condition. good value with golf now hot deal.

greens in poor condition rest of course sub par compared to playing here in prior years. ended up cancelling another round based on this experience. too bad, it's a nice layout. pace of play was great, no one else on course, now I know why.

course conditions are quite good for this early in the season especially with the amount of rainy days and limited cutting and maintenance time. only complaint would be the threesome that was inserted in front of us as we approached number 10 tee box. looked like a couple of high school golfers and their coach. held us and the groups behind us 15 minutes but it cleared out some after a couple of holes.

fairways and greens in good condition. tee boxes, cart paths and some border areas to fairways worn a bit but don't affect play to any great extent. they were catching up on the mowing which was good as I lost two balls just off the fairway the day before; found one today (in three pieces). personnel I ran into were all polite and helpful. nice value golf in central MA.

Tee times to close together. Course, particularly fairways, are tired and worn out in spots. Greens were okay. There are better courses in Naples that coct the same or less.

Older course design with several challenging holes and lot's of water hazards (the brook runneth through it). Doesn't favor the long hitter but rewards the shorter game and willingness to lay up sometimes. Friendly and helpful staff. For early May, course was in good shape.
