This is by far the best public course in AZ! Everything was in perfect condition and the greens were rolling at an 11. I will make a point to play this course anytime I can get down to the area... well worth the drive and cost. 5 out of 5

This was an exceptional course; only down side I can mention was the pace of play. This little gem is in the middle of Sun City Grand; retirement community, so be prepared for a 4.5-5 hour round. The members here do not care about the guest players and play every shot like they are at Augusta on Sunday.... if you remove them from the picture; this is one of the best courses on the west Phoenix area with plush island fairways and fast greens. Higher handicaps beware, you can not recover or scramble if you miss the fairway. Very challenging course for a great value, I will be back again!

I always enjoy coming to Phoenix to play new courses, even during prime season. I feel this course is a great value for your dollar; quality conditions, strategic layout but still forgiving if you have a higher handicap. You can miss the fairway and still make a recovery shot but to score you really want to think about tee shot placement. Because of this I left my driver in the bag except the 5’s; really enjoyed the challenge of tee/approach set up shots. Would highly recommend this course for anyone with a 6 handicap +; I’ll be back!

If the greens hadn’t been needled and sanded, that day, it would have been darn near perfect conditions.
