Greens, fairways, and cart paths were in good condition. Only negative was that the bunkers had virtually no sand. Fix this and the course becomes a four rating. Also, Silverbells has an excellent practise facility superior a great many non-municipal courses.

I have played the course a number of times over the years and enjoy the layout. It is first and for most a golf course, as apposed to a housing development that accommodates a golf course. If the owners invest enough to bring the greens back to even average condition the course will get the play it deserves. As it is, forget about putting but enjoy getting to the greens. There are multiple tees to choose from. The practise area also leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurant and pro-shop are first rate. I can't wait to see if over the coming months, the course gets the TLC from ownership it deserves .

I am a seasonal resident of Green Valley and of the courses I play this is the best value for the money. The course design allows for walking and many golfers do. Greens are in good shape and interesting enough that your reads can be confusing. The practise green appears a bit neglected. Some fairways are tight which keeps you focused.and water frequently comes into play. The setting is pretty with mountain views. I will definitely play is course again.

I traveled about an hour from Green Valley to play the course, because I got a great deal on Golfnow . It was worth the trip . Greens were in good shape. Fairways were average. The layout is interesting, On some holes the fairways are wide but when you get up in the hills you better hit your targets. Lots of elevation changes and dog legs. The course is not designed to walk. Practise range is available.
