Other than the bunkers not being cared for the condition of the course was very good.
I was also disappointed by the lack of maintenance off the course.

The only reason I’m not rating this course 5-star is due to the construction activity around the course and the resulting temporary golf cart paths.
The course itself is very well maintained from tees to fairways, bunkers and greens. Very nice track.

Played On 04/29/2021Too pricy considering time of year
The greens were rough due to recently being punched. We were disappointed the course was not partially along side the ocean, and we could only see the ocean from one elevated tee. For western Oregon in April the green fees are high.

Great Eagle is always a bit rough and the greens are slow, which I’ve come to expect, but the price is usually fair. Not so fast (nor so fair this time) because our group also had to deal with a broken down golf cart on the 15th hole. The batteries were fine, but the cart wouldn’t run. So that rather disrupted our round!

Played north and south 9’s, which are in great condition.
Only issue was our tee times were delayed by 40 minutes and it was slow play for the initial 5 holes. Nonetheless we all (two groups) enjoyed our round and the quality of Palm. Valley.
