My uncle and I had a package through Boyne and it came with four rounds. We had a 9:20 tee time, and from the second we pulled into the parking lot, we knew it was going to be a magical day. We had played The Moore course the previous day and we thought it was great. When we approached the first tee here at C.T, we were blown away, and it blew The Moore out of the water. This course is spectacular. The layout is rather diverse, but there's a handful of dog-legs and blind shots, so be prepared to drive up to see

2. if the group ahead of you is clear and out of your way.

We were supposed to play our second 18 of the day at The Ross after our round at C.T, but it was so spectacular we switched our reservation and played there again around 4:30! This course is absolutely worth playing. Regardless of how well you played, you'll be thinking about the course for the days to come.

We arrived 30 minutes ahead of our tee time and they let us go out and play. Pace of play was great, we really didn't see anybody out on the course for a Tuesday morning. Greens were pretty quick, and were in good shape. Tee boxes weren't amazing but they were definitely doable. As a twosome, we finished our round in 3 hours, and I'd definitely come back to play again.

This was my first time playing the course. We teed off at 3:57, weather was perfect. Course seemed to be in great condition. Fairways were wide and it was pretty open. I'm not the best golfer by any means and I didn't lose my first ball till #9. There was nobody out there except a foursome a few holes in front of us that we eventually caught up to, and they let us play through. Only complaint is that the cart path was very far from the greens. If you forget your putter, get ready for a bit of a hike back to your cart, but overall, great course.

I've played this course many times. I love the fact that they give you free range balls (unlimited) before going out for your round. Course doesn't handle precipitation well. Some carts seem to be faster than others. I played twice in a two week span, and the difference in speed was incredibly noticeable. It's a great course for the money, but wait a couple days after any major rain, and try to get out their early in the morning during the week.
