Greens are better than before. Would definitely play again. If BIGG spend some money and redo some of the fairways, watch out. Some of the fairways front 9 is not for the back problem golfers. But other than that, great golf course. Honestly, if I had the money, I'd buy the course, and fix these things, then it will be a top tier golf course.

greens are looking better each time I play there. Some of the holes, are recovering, but greens around repair area looks great. Some of the holes are immaculate. A glimpse as to what to expect once all the greens recover.

About 4 greens have spots needing TLC, but around it, greens are great. Other none spot greens are GREAT.

Southwyck is shaping up to be a great golf course for the money. Greens are excellent. Fairways great. And bunkers? GONE!

But fairways and greens are in excellent shape. Weather not Southwyck's fault.

Played Black horse north yesterday and greens are great there. Then played southwyck today. The greens were as good and some holes better thsn black horse! Caught myself a few times saying to myself and my friends, greens are great! Southwyck is definitely heading in the right direct. Keep up the great work.

Played here a lot in 5 years or so. Conditions are about as good as it can get for this golf course. Greens are beautiful. Rolls true. Fairways in great shape. Will play again.

El Dorado is quite challenging. But a great golf course. One of my favorites in the Houston area. Heads up, greens will be punched on 7/13/20.

I've always wanted to play this golf course, but distance kept my wife and I away from it. Had a chance to play it today. Beautiful golf course. Greens were immaculate and divot free. To top it off, the staff was very friendly. My original tee time was 130pm. A last minute dinner plan forced us to either cancel or change to an earlier tee time. The starter was happy to help. He told us to start at 10 and play to 27. We finished in two hours and were home, ready to make dinner for our guest. Greens undulations are just enough to challenge most, or frustrate most, depending on how your day went. Fairways were average to good. That's cause it's been raining the last two days, so staff probably had not had a chance to mow it. We will play again. For the money, you can't get any better.

Greens are in excellent shape. No divots at all! Fairways in great shape too! Will definitely be back. Pace of play was slow... the 3some in front of my 4some played too slow.

Soulthwyck is a hidden secret in Pearland, TX. Greats are great for this time of year and fairways good too. Bunkers could use some TLC, but hey, just stay away from them? :-D Will definitely play again.

15 of the greens were in great condition. 3 needed a little TLC. But over all, a great golf course. Was a little windy today, had to choose clubs accordingly. Friends and I had a great time.

Add 14 mph wind and some of the holes ... i just give up. Great golf course. Great greens. About 5 of the bunkers are gone... converted to grass.

It was the perfect day to golf. 75 degrees. 6mph wind. And a beautiful golf course. Made 3 birdies including one on the long par 4 #3! Couldn't believe it. Made my day. The greens are in great shape. Fairways are very nice. Management is definitely doing the right thing. Bunker TLC is happening. Will play again.

Greens are great, Fairways good. Bunkers improving. The 3some in front of us took there time and didn't let our 4some pass. Small potatoes, wish there was a marshal to tell them to get moving or let us pass.

I called Thursday prior to our 12:30pm tee time on Friday. Asked if another can join. While the golf course does not permit 5somes to play on weekends, they were ok with it. Friday was a beautiful day to play. Greens are in excellent condition, the best I've seen at Southwyck in quite some time. Fairways are great too. Bunkers do need some TLC, but other than that, it was a great day. Will definitely play again. On a side note, there was a 4some that played so slow, our 5some was constantly waiting on them! We let 4 singles passed us. It's only right and the proper thing to do. I almost wanted to ask the 4some to let us pass. We play fast.

My wife and I played this golf course regularly when it was good. I have around 40 rounds logged at this golf course. When it's good, it's GREAT, but when it's bad, it's really bad. I'm happy to say, it's GOOD. New management has done a fantastic job at restoring the greens and making improvement overall. Greens on hole 7 and 16 use to be a mess, and now both are very nice. We will make Southwyck our weekly golf course.

While it did rain today... didn't stop us from playing. Greens have dramatically improved. Fairways look great. Bunkers need some TLC. Other than that... we will play here again.

As long as i can remember... hole 17 green is the hole that tells you if this golf course is in good or bad condition. Its in great condition!

Greatwood has some pretty challenging holes. While we played whites, it was difficult to say the least. Will definitely play again.
