Royal Hawaiian Golf Club

Beautiful old world feel. Felt like Hawaii. You play a course carved from a Rain Forest. Gorgeous vegitabion with 60 foot tall canopy trees. magnificent mountains. It is an experience. The out of the rough is rain forrest. You will lose balls if off course. Just be prepared. We played Turtle Bay the next day and that was just any other golf course in florida or CA. Dont miss the Royal Hawaiian

In really good shape now. One of the better courses now. Greens were much improved and fairways in excellent shape

Dayton Valley Golf Club
Played On 06/12/2021I not worth the drive definitely overrated
Replay today and it’s a decent cars but nowhere near as 4.5 rating I think it’s more like a 3.5 if you live in the neighborhood and it’s close sure go for it. But we drove almost an hour to get there because of the rating and it’s just not worth it
Bali Hai Golf Club

Very surprising given the rating and reviews. Just too expensive for what you get. Just drive to Henderson or north to Paiute for better golf courses that are CHEAPER. They do a nice job on layout in a city setting but literally painted grass. And not that appealing. We paid $120 for the round va half that for Revere Lexington. Paiute is about the same and one of the best golf courses anywhere. I would avid this one unless you get a cut rate.
River Ridge Golf Club

The course layout is excellent as nice Hills some water and makes it interesting for any level player. Could use more water and get the course in better shape but for the price youCannot beat it. UNC Chapel Hill is four times the money in my opinion not worth it. I think it is priced very fairly for this area and would recommend for beginner to intermediate player but even a scratch golfer would find it fun

River View Golf Course

Played with my son and it is just not a good course. VERY narrow and runs up and down the concrete drainage and ditch that passes for a river. Very hard to keep the ball in play and fairly ugly views of the big ditch. I would avoid this. I saw a 4 rating and good price so gave it a try but I would not play it again for free. Nothing very good to say obviously. Too many good courses out there in Orange County

Played with my son, had a great time. Wide open course with few hazards. Forgiving for beginners. Good shape and nice pace of play
