Played on Black Friday to get a last round in for the year. Course was packed, but pace of play wasn’t awful. The course was in near perfect condition for late Fall. Tees and fairways were plush and perfect. Greens were slightly browning but rolled perfect. A touch expensive ($45) for a post 1pm tee time in fall, but the course condition made up for it.

Overall a good round of gold. Course doesn't offer anything special, but is a decent layout and was in very good condition. Tees, fairways, and greens were all in very good shape. Greens rolled well but are very tough to read and contain a lot of false breaks. Bunkers are mostly in terrible shape and some are completely unhittable. Course is pretty wide open, but the design does restrict many drives and give challenging distances from some tees. Greens were extremely bouncy and hard to hold sometimes, and many flags were tucked right behind bunkers. Very nice practice facility and new clubhouse.

Far and away the best course off-island course around Hilton Head. The course's layout is moderately challenging but extremely enjoyable, and offers may scenic holes throughout the marshland. The course is always in excellent shape, and can be score-able from the correct tees. The greens are in near perfect shape, roll well, and are pretty easy to read. Very nice practice facility.

Course was in very good condition. The greens were extremely fast (starter said they were rolling a 12) and tough to read, but weren't overly firm for their speed. Only real complaint about the course is the layout, which consists of an annoying number of doglegs. Without counting exactly, it seems like over half the holes are at least a partial dogleg. Other than that, the course is generally enjoyable and the practice facility is very nice.

Excellent course hidden in Louisville, KY. The course was in great shape, especially for late October. Only complaint was the greens had very recently been aerated and were not rolling well (there was no note about this on GolfNow). However, fairways and approacges were in terrific shape. Rough is long and challenging, and can make it extremely difficult to find a ball you don't have a good line on it. The layout is challenging and enjoyable, and can be played many different ways. Overall would definitely recommend.

Course was in great shape and the staff was very friendly. Decently challenging course with lots of blind tee shots and position holes. Only complaint is that if the course is even slightly busy, they try to pair everyone up as foursomes.

Played the course after getting a great Hot Deal, so I can't complain too much. However, the course doesn't cut their fairways, so it's almost like short rough where the fairway should be. Also, the ground was in desperate need of water, and was rock hard. The course has some interesting holes, however it's only 5600 yards, so there are numerous 325 yd. par 4's. Might play again for cheap, but not for the rack rate.

Played this course once, and since went back several times within the same week. The course is in excellent shape, especially when compared to others in the area. Moderately challenging and interesting course with a decent number of position holes and hazards.

Played this course for a Hot Deal of $10. I wouldn't pay much more, as it's not in great condition, and doesn't offer much of a challenge. Most of the holes are straight and short, especially on the front. The back gets a little more interesting, but is still very easy. My biggest complaint is the course was in fairly poor condition. Many of the fairways had large bare spots. Most of the other grass on the greens and tees was fine, but I continuously found myself hitting off dirt in the middle of the fairway.
