Not much else to say other than a great course layout , great customer service, so it’s all a master class in how to run a course. And remember this isn’t a country club although you are treated like a member.

By far this is the best course in NH on golf now. The design, course condition, staff are all top notch. Risk reward golf Donald Ross like- old school designed course.

Great course really nice layout. It can be target golf to a point where you hit to some elevated greens and if you miss the green it will hurt by rolling into a hazard or a sand trap. Each hole is interesting. It was only built in 2000 but has the feel of an old style course, very Donald Ross like design. Greens always roll nicely. Really nice amenities and the owner is always around and very attentive. Very nice people the staff is very customer service oriented..

If you want to work on your game when most courses in the area are closed for the season Unicorn is an excellent choice. The 9 hole course has improved conditions over the past few years. The two par 3s can play 180-190ish with the winter wind it will test. Off season a great place, in season there are many other choices in the area so I tend to go elsewhere. High single digit handicap. The pro seems to have revitalized the operation, staff is very friendly. All in all a nice 9 hole close to the city. Not Augusta that’s for sure but still A-ok..

Once again the course and the staff deliver a great experience and a great round of golf.

The course is outstanding in every way. The course requires you to hit most smallish greens and most are elevated and if you miss you end up being penalized as your next shot will be extremely difficult. It is a true and fair test of golf. It reminds me of an old Donald Ross design in that you have to hit to spots if you miss the landing areas on certain holes good luck. I love it as they say you have to golf your ball. The conditions are great and it has a country club like atmosphere with many members playing. It’s one of my go to courses

A great course it has everything and you have to good your ball as they say. You have to hit landing areas like an old Donald Ross design. Not the longest course but don’t be fooled greens are small fast and elevated and if you miss you are usually penalized. It’s a great challenge. Not the longest but if you don’t hit the ball straight then good luck Great condition friendly staff almost country club like.
