Rude, Unprofessional Pro Shop/Management

The pro shop employee at check-in was incredibly rude. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by taking my money to play there. I won't bore you with the details, but he has no customer service skills. At the end of my round when I went inside to talk with the guys I played with, both the pro shop employee and the general manager approached me in a very condescending manner and tone to tell me he did not charge me the right amount; that he should have charged $5 more than I paid. Since the course conditions are below average and there is no restaurant/bar, they should be begging golfers to play there. The course is ten minutes from where I live, but I won't play there again even if it's free. Go somewhere else to play golf if you want to enjoy your round and be treated as if your money is appreciated.

Amazing Golf Course and Community

This golf community is very new. However, what they have done in such a short period of time is amazing. The golf course is beautiful. Don't let the "hybrid" course designation fool you. Trilogy is just as challenging as most 18 hole "championship" courses in the area. The firm and undulating greens are in great shape. I like the mandatory walking concept. I can exercise and play golf at the same time. Now is the time to try the course. You will likely have the whole course to yourself. More importantly, staff in the clubhouse make you feel welcome and appreciated.
