Tee boxes and fairways excellent. Greens need some serious work. A few greens are ok some may need to be completely replaced. Price should be lower for conditions of the greens. Should be priced similar to airation fees.

It has been about four months since I have played Venitian Bay and was disappointed in the condition of the course. It appears to be lacking in maintenance. Fairways, tee boxes and greens were just average. One thing I think that needs immediate attention are the bridges. Boards are popped up and in fact a bit dangerous. This could easily be remedied with a few boards. This would not require a lot of investment and could save someone from getting injured. I really like the course and hope that they do some well needed maintenance. I will check it out again in a few months.

Overall the couse is in good shape. The greens were excellent. They are doing a good job with maintaining the course.

Greens in terrible shape. Fairways in terrible shape. Rough in terrible shape. Needs mowing everywhere. Will not play there again. Even with a $10.00 greens fee, not worth it. If I see some positive reviews would reconsider. The course have tremendous potential, it is a shame the ownership is letting it get in such awful condition. I have given this course numerous chances.

First course I have ever played where not one hole was marked as to what hole you were playing. Signage was not really present to direct you to the next hole. Had to turn around a couple of times to find the next hole. Tee boxes were over seeded with rye grass that needed to be cut. Made it hard to tee up your ball. Has great potential but needs more attention to detail.
