Fun course with excellent greens and fairways

Played as a 3 some in 4 hours on a busy Sunday afternoon. Water available every 2-3 holes and the cart girl came by 3-4 times. Greens and fairways were superb. They are being punched 6/12-13.
Holes with plenty of variety and challenge. One of the best public courses in the area in my opinion.

Fun course

Played the creek and Seminole 9's. Tee boxes and fairways were in good shape. Greens had recovered from aeration and were rolling great.
I'm a single digit handicapper and found the course challenging and fun.

Good Value

Playable course with above average tee boxes, fairways, and sand traps, although not pristine. The greens typically roll the fastest in the North Charleston/Summerville area which is my favorite aspect of the course. I hate putting on slow greens, and Wescott's typically have good pace.
Another nice aspect is having 3 9 hole courses. Helps to spread out play and provide more variety, although weekends are very busy here so expect at least a 5 hour round on a weekend.
Overall, a great value through golfnow or their website. Good driving range and chipping green with a few sand traps to practice on as well. The bar and grill has good food and beverage options as well. A solid public course and definitely worth a weekday round for someone from out of town.

Fun Course!

Old country club style course. Overall, a short course but it has very challenging par 3's, 2 long par 5's, and some tricky greens. Fairways and greens are consistently in good shape. The course is a great deal and not too far from Des Moines.
