Good course 4:40 minute round. 2 4somes we're doing a home grown tournament. 3-4 groups on 7 of 9 holes on back waiting on them. Ranger drove through repeatedly and nothing changed. Other than that great course.

Huge dirt fairways. Gravel hard bunkers. Uncut greens. Smell of stagnate water throughout and mosquitos on an unbelievable level. Not worth any amount. Wasted trip.

Super spotty fairways, big grass weed patches everywhere. Spongy greens. Tough season right now though. Probably 30 BIG trees up rooted from prior week storm. Grass should be plentiful with rains??

Their rack rate is around 70.00 but they didn't even overseed fairways this year. Painted green dead flat grass. Weak! The pic is dead center of the 3rd holes fairway.

Grateful we can golf here but this is the only course charging 15.00 for seperate carts. Won't be going back for some time.

Says free range balls with golfpass membership but today the guy says no. Don't make the agreement if you won't honor it.

Had a 923, he said nothing until tee time that we had to wait for 3 groups from the back 9 as well as numerous that were also already booked waiting. Extra 45 minutes. Numerous chances between these 3 groups to tee off for people.

Super fast today. Played full course in 2.5 hrs! Only 15 people on it the cart girl said. Nice and green never has had the prettiest surroundings or views and nearby freeway construction and the waste treatment next door aren't helping. Course is mostly flat with some good water holes, mild elevation changes and in solid shape. GET SOME DECENT SAND city courses. Fun for the $.

Fred Enke is an interesting desert course. It's definitely target golf and has a few tee boxes for big hitters. It looks good in August with the rains but is a little dry other times. Really fun when you get to know it.
The overall appearance of the landscape is leaning towards unkempt but it's got a quality. The fairways and greens are decent but it's not up for any calender shoots. I appreciate the game it offers but I am also a big fan of aesthetics in a course and this one is an OK muni take on desert golf.

This is a local Muni corse with a "target" layout. Had to leave after 9 which took 3 hours! Ranger was non existent. VERY slow play due to many foursomes on a course that is a ball hunters paradise. No forgiveness as the rough is hard desert brush but if you play sensibly and control minded it's quite a fun challenge. Not a long ball hitters course and when you watch a group doing repeated power slices on tee boxes it's a nightmare long game.
Where have all the rangers gone. So much for pace of play month.

This place is great! how's that fer a start off?
I love the subtle elevation challenges on this course. The Mesquite "forests" really show by location and structure what a challenging hazard they can be. Brilliant! The natural surroundings along with development have been very well balanced. Clearly no accident. Just a great course for an avid player. you WILL see wildlife that makes you stop. It's happened every time. Hawks, squirrels, foxes, coyotes, Rattlesnakes, and more. Great outing promised by me. The facilities...AWESOME! I love the food and prices. They have a serious culinary thing going on. Please eat there at any meal. I will go here over and over. Not an employee or anything I swear. This is a golfers joint.
