I played Venetian Bay golf course for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. For $20, well worth it. greens were a little firm, but rolled all right. few hops from ball marks and poorly repaired. fairways nice and green, cut and easy to pick off the ball for approach shots. The rough was actually easy to hit out of. likely tge layout, cool guys in the 4some. will be back. great pace of play. 3:35 min.

First time here. wanted to play this course for a couple of years. greens are a little quicker than what I sm used to playing, played from blue tees and think you can play 1 back from what you normally play. Not long, great condition, fair, some water. Played with 3 other guys who all were decent golfers. will definately come back to play.

First time here and thought I would give it a go with a golf now deal. My brother and I played Saturday at 11 am and really had the course to ourselves after we passed a 2 some around the 4th hole. pace was outstanding, 3 hours, 10 minutes. no waiting. Fair Value for the money, but course does still need some work. Tee boxes were re-seeded, so hit out of the boxes on every hole, fairways were in OK condition, lot of sparse grass areas. greens were a little slow and some were patchy. I read reviews that they are under new management and working on getting it better, so could be worth a second round next year. Greens were really small, so be aware. Overall, OK for the money.

My golf buddies from out of town came down and we played 4 rounds in 3 days. 2 at the LPGA, the Slammers and Squire and STJGCC. All of the courses were great, but this was our favorite, so much so, Collin suggested I buy a membership because it was worth the price. If I lived closer and had the time during the week, I would. Course was in great shape, fairways were nice, didn't plug out drives, greens were fast, but fair, layout was enjoyable. Pace was good, we finished in about 4:10 minutes. Value for the money, good with Golfnow deal.

Annual guys trip and this was an. addition to our golf extended weekend play. Golfnow deal made it possible to play and loved the course. We played the 2 lpga courses and squires and slammers and this course. Liked this course as much as any of the other 3 course. This one was the most firm. Conditions were tremendous, greens fast but fair, fairways allowed for roll. Foggy in the morning, beautiful layout and will be a club I bring to play as a representative true Fla course.

I played King and Bear earlier this year and Slammers this month. I liked Slammers better than King and Bear. Course was in great shape, value was good midweek, early afternoon tee time and great day of golf overall. Did the Hall of fame in the morning and played around 1:30 PM. Pace was good, greens were pretty fast, fairways were a little wet, from weeks of rain, but ball didn't plug too much in fairways. Think the course is fair, fun and really worth a visit. Will play again.

Nothing real special about the course. It's tough and I always add about 10 strokes to my game. For that reason, I usually don't play the course.
