This course is part of the "Legends" group and they ALL are fabulous!! Remember, you can usually find a package that includes breakfast and lunch (and drinks!)/ Great location in the southern strand! Go here and Pawleys instead of Caledonia! Fabulous course - and you'll usually see alligators! Challenging but fair course in GREAT shape! "Legends courses" are ALWAYS worth the time and effort to play - often with great packages. VERY enjoyable!!!

A great course, with memorable holes! MUCH better value than Caledonia! Have played over 80 courses and WANT to play this one again! Remember when checking in to getrrage balls - you'll need to warm up! The course isn't easy, but fair. And you need to be ready! A REALLY enjoyable day and want to play it again!

Course is EXTREMELY over-rated. It's nice, but having played about 80 courses in the Grand Strand I can easily think of at least a dozen I'd rather play again than this. Seriously - no driving range to warm up? OK, the low-country chowder was nice (but not the best - Pine Lakes is better) and some holes were nice, but this course is NOT "memorable"! On the south strand I'd rather play Pawleys or Heritage - and True Blue. And you finish the front 9 on an "excuse me?" par-3 that seems to have been added to fit the driveway? NO!!
