In my opinion, the is probably the best course to play in the area. The vast majority of the time, it's in great condition. Staff is friendly and polite and everything is clean and kept up.

It's winter time and it's natural to see the impact of it but the fairways, Tees and greens were overall in pretty good shape.
The front nine were really nice and moderate in challenging but the back nine was challenging for sure - tested my skills which I like.

Overall, the course condition was fairly good; front nine better than back nine. Considering the overall condition, I would have expected to pay less, but doable.
Golf carts rinsed off, but dirty looking

The course condition is pretty rough in many areas. It's tolerable considering the price.

From what I understand, a new owner took over around last September; pretty rough prior to that.
Considering that, and the price, the course was in pretty decent condition; tee boxes and greens nice.
I'd play there again and recommend it.
