Good value for the price.
The course is about 50/50 brown and green because they apparently had trouble with the over seeding. A lot of patchy spots but we only paid $45 plus tax which is very reasonable compared to other courses in the area for the same time of day (after 12:30 - I think).

Played this course approximately 3 years ago and really enjoyed it. However, this time we found the course to be in brutal shape. Greens and fairways were rough and patchy. All the sand traps were hard packed and unplayable.

Nice track
Nice course which was good value for the money. Only real negative was it took just over 5 hours. We complained after taking 2 hours and 35 mins to play the front and they sent someone out which helped eventually.
