Nice course, friendly staff, fairways and greens were very soft but in nice shape, however, the maintenance of the bunkers were deplorable.

Most enjoyable, fall time is the best time to play, especially the valley holes!

I agree with the reviews stating the rudeness of the staff ( arrogance) and the lack of proper marshalling, the price for the course is not up to par with higher quality courses in the area, $93.00 with cart is ridiculous for the quality of the course, however good the vistas are. This is a clear indication of a company taking advantage of the pandemic.

Very enjoyable course to play, played with a couple of older gentlemen ( 82) who still preferred to walk the course, they only played 12 holes, and after playing 13 to 18, I understood why, the degree of difficulty went up several notches from the 1st 12. Overall, I recommend this course to anyone, regardless of your cap, definitely be back.

Dragon’s Fire for the last 10 yrs has been my go to, it’s been my favourite course based on layout and test of golf and value, but .... what happened to a maintenance budget? I watched the course all year go downhill, the fairways have always had some tougher spots to maintain ( landing area left side on #5) which was acceptable but now it’s on most holes. I love this course and will continue to play ( prices are getting a little steep however), but please increase the maintenance budget for next year, and train the marshals to properly marshal the course and not just look for balls.

Like the Scots say” it’s missing a few head of cattle” it’s like a cow pasture. First off, showed up for my scheduled time, seen the 1st tee had 8 carts all lined up and was told in the pro shop that tee times were backed up by 40 mins( how is this possible with COVID guidelines ?), took 1 hr to play the 1st 2 holes, seen one Marshall all day and he didn’t say a word, played the round in 5 1/2 hrs. Fairways and tee boxes are burned out, they are clearly not watering the course, this seems to be consistent with all Golfnorth properties, which isn’t surprising with greedy corporations, gladly take your $ and do nothing for you in return. Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, there are so many more courses that are appreciative of your patronage that aren’t managed by Golfnorth.

Course is no longer maintained the same way that it was pre Golfnorth, once again despite COVID rules the course was overbooked, fairways were burnt and divots on the greens didn’t seem like they'd been addressed in a few days, but sadly I will be back because of the course layout and staff friendliness.
