This is a fun course. Its a hidden Jen of a course greens are difficult to read, hole lay it is a bit of a challenge, over all great course will replay it often

this course was great. Staff real friendly,told us they overseeded and greens were slow. So it was a fun time putting, will be fun to play again when the gut the greens down.
Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run

the staff was rude and unfriendly the starter was rude don't be late for tee time you may not get to play. Course was terrible,fairways ok but the rough you hit it in there and you would lose your ball even 3 feet from fairway. Greens rock hard watched as a ball i hit on par 3 bounced up in air.

always a great course to play. Staff super friendly play was great greens soft and sometimes challenging to read.

I loved this course. Staff was great the greens a little slow but made it fun course wide open but a challenge and the views of the bay towards hilton head just awesome.

great course to play tight fairways and elevated greens hake it fun to play need to keep drives on fairways or in woods. Dont worry if a helicopter or airplain fly over you

the course was fun to play the people were nice and friendly only problem that I had was all the trash that was littered around the course. Not grounds keepers fault just stupid golfers fault.

The course was a fun course, staff was very friendly and the day was great ,practice area were great away from the tee boxes chipping area with bunkers away from putting area , the course is a challenge to any golfer depending on what tees you play. Overall I just loved this course

rustywedge are you kidding me go down the road to hilton head lakes and their is a nice course slow play on course and being hit by balls hit on to green while we still on green really not saying any more but i will not play this course again!!!! even if it was free
I am a Local on Hilton Head and played the same day, and the Golden Bear is in great shape and always is and its by far one of the best public courses in this area. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and accomadating. I would think as much golf as he has played he would know that you have a tee time for a reason...to be on the tee at that time. I normally dont post but I'm not gonna let this guy bash one of the best public courses on this island!
