Arizona Grand Resort
Played On 09/02/2017One of the Best
My wife and I have played this course for many years. It is always the most fun, rewarding and challenging course in all of the Phoenix area.
The golf staff is superb, from the Pro to the Starter and bag handlers. Our favorite and hardest working is a great gentleman named Tom. They attend to every detail insuring your experience is the best it can be.
Again, thanks for the opportunity to have a great golf day.

Arizona Golf Resort
Played On 08/27/2017Hey, a golf course takes maintenance
I've played this course many times, nice staff. Don't know if it was the past weather, rain etc., but the rough needs to be mowed down. If you just rolled off the fairway more than likely you lost your ball. Must of found 15+ balls that weren't mine. Had my daughter who I have not played golf with in 30+ years, trying to start playing again. She didn't hit too bad but boy we had to spend way too much time looking for her ball.
I'm sure the mower is coming soon, but if I had known the condition I would of went to the golf course at my resort.

WOW, I've played this course for the past 8 years, always in great shape. WHAT HAPPENED? Everything about the condition was bad. It use to be so nice. Even the air stinks around the course. Smells like your in a sewer. It was so slow, no marshal. What can I say?

Played here several times in the past. Course was in great shape for this time of year. Friendly staff. Would of been real memorable if I made that hole in one on #11. Eight inches away, dang it.

I've played this course maybe 10 times and have not yet been able to start on time. Had a 12:05 tee time and was not able to get off till 1:30. Sure glad I showed up an hour early. Problem they have is if you have a tee time and the pro shop or starter's friends and members show up they are placed ahead of everyone. The starters who are in control send out threesoms when they can put a single in the group. This is not a one time incident, it's been this way for the few years I've gone there. Yesterday I only got to play 9 holes and I paid for 18. Johnson Ranch is coming off my list, it's not worth the 20 mile drive and the bull.
I apologize about your recent experience here at Superstition Springs. I would like the opportunity to discuss this with you in more detail. Please email me at jwamsley@arcisgolf.com.
