Always fun to come play The Alsatian. 45 minute drive from my side of town but we'll worth it. They've put a lot of work into the course over the past few months. I knew going in the greens were aerated 6 days earlier so didn't really focus on putts today. Fairways in great shape. Several challenging holes that make it interesting. The staff from check in to dropping cart off, everyone was very friendly. Good size driving range and chipping green. Putting green average size. The only area that I would ask the to make is clear up all the ugly liners in the ponds that are all tore up and an eyesore. Does it affect play? No. But it would make it look so much better. Passing through from San Antonio and was told this was a good course to play. Met a local resident I know and we were able to get out about 25 minutes earlier than scheduled. From the beginning and all the way around the greens and fairways were in very good shape. The staff was friendly especially the two girls in the snack bar. Highly recommend playing this track if in town
