This course is nice to have in your backyard. It's nothing fancy but it's well maintained and the price is fair. The staff is friendly and they allow kids to play for free which is not like most other courses around. The bar and restaurant is a very good and a nice addition. I enjoy playing here.

I'm not sure what's going on at this place but the course is going downhill. The owner should address these the problems before it's too late.
It's a great course but the condition is getting worse and worse.
1) Many of the tee boxes are crowned so badly you can't tee up.
(2)Very little sand in the bunkers. It's like hitting off packed dirt.
3) cart paths are so bad you can't drive on many of them from tee to green.
4) fairways have divot marks and are very thin.
You won't get me to pay more then $30 to play here.

I live close by and play this course about every other week. Why not right. I prefer a longer course but this course is always in excellent condition and it's not very difficult compared to Stonehenge. It has a nice mix of par 3,4,5's with some challenging pin locations and approach shots. # 15 requires a thoughtful approach which I always struggle with. #16 is nice par 3 over water with the tee box from up on a hill. When the wind is blowing its fun. Always nice to land it on the green here. The back 9 is hilly and I know people complain but hey this place is worth a round anytime.

I have played this course for a couple years now and enjoy the challenge. If you don't drive straight especially on the back 9 your in trouble. Par 4 and 5's are narrow and sloped. It presents a nice challenge and ball placement is key.
Since last year the tee boxes were Improved and the fairways were better. Grounds were nicely groomed.
My only complaint is the Bunkers still need work. Im not sure why they can't keep a decent amount of sand in the traps but its like trying to hit off the packed dirt.
Peak season its $29 on the weekdays and the best time to play. $39 on the weekend is a tad pricey for this course and you have all the weekend worriers in their groups of 4 and 6 chopping up the joint taking forever. Good thing they don't allow walkers.
