This is a tough course if you have never played it before. The greens are in good shape but the fairways have a lot of slope and the 9th & 18th are up hill over water requiring a very good drive to reach the fairways.

if you don't drive the ball straight then bring plenty of old balls.

The course was in very good shape even though the grass on the fairways was not cut down to the optimum height. The greens were good and about a 10 on the stimp meter. The only problem was the dirt on the cart paths that were very dusty. Because of the overseeding it was cart path only.

The course was in great shape; greens form and moderate speed. However there are areas where the grass didn't come in great and the bunkers need to be turned over and good sand added.

The course is in good condition except for some areas off the fairways that are lacking grass or over watered. The grill was not open at 7:30am when I teed off and I would expect it to be open when the course opens so golfers can get something to eat and drink. The bunkers are deep with good sand but it was wet and packed in places.

The course had a lot of areas in the fairways that were roped of for course repair and a lot of grassless or dead grass areas. The greens were in great shape but difficult due to undulations and speed. A lot of bunkers and water hazards.

The course was in good condition from tee to green. It is a challenging course but not overly difficult for the average player. Some par 4's are short enough that a driver may not be needed to get into good position for a shot at the green. The only disappointment was the lack of a driving range.

Even though the course needs more maintenance it was fun to play. The greens were in great condition but the fairways have areas with little grass and the tee boxes need to be mowed lower. The rough is about the right height and thickness that makes it a challenge to get out of with an accurate shot.

This course has a good layout and several holes with a bay view. Good location and great staff.
