1st round of the year! A great way to start. The layout of the course was fun and challenging. There were a few elevations and not much water to be a concern. For us it was great no one in front of us and the group behind us kept with the pace, so no pushing. Would play here again, when prices come down a little. Probably should have booked through golf now. This was part of a package deal. All and all it was great fun.

It’s been a little while playing here. It was nice because no one in front or behind me. I went out as a single. It was a good way to verify the distance with my clubs. Most of the sand traps are in need of repair. If you don’t land in them, no issue, I guess. The fairways were okay and most of the greens were good. They ran a little slow. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pace of play was perfect. With no pushing, I finished in 2 hours. I’ll come back.

Played herr last week. Could not beat the GolfNow rate. The course is in great shape. Greens were a little slow but in great condition. We’ll come back!

Weather was perfect the course was in very good condition. Greens were true. We’ve out a fee times these past couple of months. Enjoy the course set up and Bruce, the starter is very friendly and provides all the info you need to get through the course. He als has a great sense of humor which is relaxing when starting out. Great day!

This is a great course to play. Not much water, greens we’re running true, t-boxes and fairways were in very good condition. Played here many times, using a little course management helped this time. Back nine, late morning or early afternoon can be a little windy. A fun course to play and staff have always been friendly. We’ll be back.

Course was in pretty good shape. A couple of areas where other golfers did not take in consideration for wet land…tire tracks. Greens were fast, front 9, back greens became a little slow. Fairways were in good shape as well as most of the greens. The only negative, the threesome in front of us were a little slow on a couple of holes and more homes being built. Overall a very good day to get out, we’ll be back.

A little warm but the pace was perfect. No one in front of us and no pushing. Layout is very good greens were fast. Just tap it. One of our favorite places to play. Wait staff is always friendly. We’ll be back.

The course was wet due to recent rain. Second time playing this course...wet. Cart path only. Felt pushed by the group behind us. Playta wet course has its challenges. Course is well kept but you have to deal with the soggy conditions. Would consider coming back, only if it has not rained in some time. It is a tough course and does require course management.

Deer Island...water all around, course management required. The pace was so slow. Sometimes due to the two groups in front of us, but definitely the group in front of us, many second shots from the box...did I mention there is plenty of water. We used the srop zone. Slow pave interrupts you flow of play. The course itself is a very good course and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

When we started is was about 47 degrees. Nevertheless, we got out the sun came out and allowed us to get through. The pace was terrific, no delays from those in front and no push from the back. The course, like many has green grass in play and brown for the rough. To note, hitting from thr brown rough it easier to maneuver than from heavy green rough. The greens were fast and there a few tight holes, on the back nine. We like playing because of the few challenges and need for dome course management. The 10th, around Mr. Light’s house is a challenge and fun to beat. All and all, we had fun, in the chilly sun.

It was fun to play a round on a well maintained course. The greens were just a little quick. We like the layout and the friendliness of the staff. Covid set up for checking in, contact free, much appreciated. Anyone in the area, should give Ventura a go.

Most of the course was in good condition, greens were a little fast. Normally your only concern for water holes are 9 and 18. There were several holes where large water puddles were a concern, if not knowing. Still a fun course to play staff are always friendly. Once dried out this will be a great place to play.

The course has a great layout. There are a few challenging holes where course management is the best approach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our round.

We got stuck behind a very slow foursome. It was painful at tines jumped them on the ninth. Fell into another slow group, not as aliw as the first but none the less. Tee boxes were not well sodded, course still needs some work. We took a break hoping things were better. We’ll take another break. $3) was a little steep for the conditions. We’ll keep an eye out hoping things will get better.

Enjoyed our round. Pace was great course in great condition. You have to keep the ball in the fairway, otherwise you’ll be adding strokes to your score. This for just of the fairway and forget the high stuff. Do enjoy the layout of the course and the staff all are very courteous and friendly. Would cone back.

The course has a very nice layout. Just enough water and sand. Not too much to give you problems. The greens were true a bit fast. The fairways were in great condition. Now, if I played better it would have been a perfect day. The cost was a little bit less than was expected, which was also a nice treat. The restaurant on site had a great selection of food and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a great experience, for the first time. Now to get back there and get in a better round.

Victoria Hills is one our favorite places to play. The staff are all excellent, friendly and polite. We understand the concerns with areation but the overall conditions of the course have gone down significantly. Many patchy areas which left second and third shots difficult. We’d be happy to come back once we learned the conditions have improved.

The course was in great shape. We enjoyed the layout and course condition. Greens ran pretty true. Although I did not have a good round, playing on a well maintained course made the difference. As for the staff and their approach to Covid-19 concerns, they were prepared to ensure they were respecting everyone’s’s space. The Tap Room, on site restaurant, also practiced safety were all staff members wore a mask. I think it important to point out how thoughtful and easy they ensured their customers felt safe and respected. We’ll be coming back. Thank you.

Course is fun to play. Enjoyed the round except the last three holes where the twosome in front of us, turned into six. Slowed the played significantly. Irritating! No ranger on the course. The service, food stand, at the end of play, we received great service. Booked the round, paid for 18 holes to include the cart. This price is per player. Their is an up charge of $10 for anyone who does not want to double up because of COVID-19. So you have to take a chance or pay. Already paid for the cart, what’s up “nickel and dimming” your customers who want to do the right thing by staying safe. What happens when you’re paired with someone you don’t know and not wearing a mask. Anyone wanting to book should be aware, before booking their is an up-charge of $10.

First time playing here. Course in great condition, a couple of areas has sand crane damage, but in the way of our play. Greens were great. Enjoyed the layout. We’ll be back to play again.
