I have played this course a few years ago and love it, and then replayed it, and it was as amazing as I remembered it.
Extremely well designed and challenging. The condition was very good too, and it is a very beautiful course that meanders through pines, palms and water areas.
For higher handicappers this course may be too tough, but for better golfers this is one of the best courses in FL

The course was in good shape, and the pace of play was good. I have played this course before and enjoyed it in the past too. It is not a high end course, but a good course, and fun to play. For an average type course it ranks higher than almost all of it's peers, when factoring condition, cost, fun, and pace of play.

Alpine has been known for years to have the nicest greens in the state, and again it is true. Every part of the course is in excellent condition and is always a treat to play.

15-20 years ago the front nine was fairly plain, but with modifications to the course over the years and the maturing of the many pine trees, the front nine is very nice. The back nine has also had some changes over the last 10 years and is a really terrific layout.

Nice layout with lots of mature trees on the front nine and the first few holes on the back nine. Clubhouse is new a nice, and they have brand new cart paths, and carts. It is one of the better public courses, but no one repairs ball marks, so the greens are never really that smooth. The greens have always been that way for the past 20 years. Golfers, please repair your ball marks and one extra each green!

Very nice course, and in great shape. Pleasant design and layout, with nice views of the red rocks. Older course built in the early 70s and fairly easy to score on, but enjoyable to play too. The price here on Golf Now is quite the bargain for the total experience.

Did not like the course, because condition of the course and the back nine has some poor designs. On a par 5 on the back nine, I hit a drive in the middle of the fairway only to have it bounce and roll left into the water, took a drop at the waters edge and hit my second shot again in the middle of the fairway only to have it also bounce and roll left again in the water. That hole requires you to hit first two shots at the right edge of the fairway or into the right rough.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this course was, and how good of condition it was too. The pace of play was great at 4 hours.
