The Habitat Golf Course
Played On 02/28/2016Good Layout
Good course, I really enjoyed that each hole was for the most part by itself. Don't let the yardages full you, there is trouble on almost every hole, and unless you're accurate you can't just bomb away.
On downside was that the snack bar is closed (for renovations maybe?)

Don't let the yardage fool you. most of the wholes are either tree lined or have hazards/OB on their sides. That being said if you can control the driver you can score very well hair. Tee boxes were good, fairways were ok, you can tell the areas where all the water flows to on some. The greens were excellent, good speed and the putts rolled true.
Crane Creek Reserve Golf Course at Melbourne
Played On 02/21/2016Crane Creek
Played this Sunday in the morning. Was expecting a slow round but our thressome moved pretty quickly most of the round. Tee boxes and fairways were ok, greens were sanded though. Overall a decent layout of holes, not the longest course by any means. They had water jugs on every hole which was a nice feature.
Baytree National Golf Links
Played On 02/12/2016Delays on Delays
The good: The course it self is very nice and in good condition, greens were fast and rolled very well.
The Bad: Tee time pushed over 1 hour, not because of weather or anything but their tee times are set 6 min apart. On top of that they allowed some members to play in a fivesome.
Mallards Landing Golf Course at Melbourne

Nice little city course in Melbourne. Good mix of straight away and doglegs to please every type of player. Conditions were fair greens were good alot if mud on the fairways. Starter was nice but no rangers on course two groups formed a sixsome a couple groups up and it slowed things down. Value wise you can't be $20 on a weekend morning.

great staff very friendly and helpful. course is very nice good mix of holes with some great views and challenges. tee box and fairways in good shape. some greens have many ball marks, to me that's more on the players that maintenance. overall a very good course will be back to play again
Maple Chase Golf & Country Club
Played On 5/15/20132 distinct nine's
Course Layout: two different nines the front is short and open allowing for good scores on even wayward shots. The two par 5s are reachable with a good tee ball. The back nine really tightens up. forcing you to use 3 wood or hybrids off the tee if you driver is a little loose. All and all a good mix of holes.
Course maintenance: some left to desire most fairways are in good condition but some areas seem bare. Most of the greens are decent but a few look like someone was slamming a club up and down them. With a little work I would easily recommend this course.
Staff: very nice I never have had an issue with them as other reviews say.
Winding Creek Golf Club
Played On 4/20/2013Good course no rangers
Had a 330 time and arrive to tee off, there was a group of two ahead of me so I paired up with the single behind me. Course was in good shape, they have recently punched the greens but putting wasn't to bad. The holes are short in comparison to many courses but the challenge are the tightness and hazards that are well placed. The reason I don't recommend this course is the lack of rangers there was a 4some ahead of my group 2 and the one in front of us. This made the round longer than expected
Tanglewood Golf Club - Reynolds Course
Played On 4/13/2013Nice little challenge
Very good course. I ve played here a few times and the fairways have come in very nice. Greens in great condition too. Course is looks open but the 99 bunkers make it tougher than it looks. Also make sure you know the pin placement, many of the greens have a couple tiers. Played the front nine in about 90 minutes as a threesome back nine slowed down but was not too bad. Rangers and club house staff are very friendly.
