Having played here twice before, we assumed it would be fine, but we were the only couple playing and I found out why. The fairways were awful and in need of rolling, water and grass. The greens were full of weeds, patches, plugs of sand and seed and reminded me of trying to putt on a home made putt putt course. Nothing rolled true or straight and this was a $15 round at best, but unless it improves drastically, then it's days are numbered.

Despite the 100 degree weather, we finished all 18 holes. The course was well maintained but the light rough had been cropped rather than cuts the uneven mower blades were evident. The greens were true and nicely kept. I will play this course again before the snowbirds arrive and push prices out of touch for us locals.

Having played the Course many years ago, it has gone downhill a little but the owners are making strides to bring it back to its former glory. The few temporary greens were not so good, or the 17th green but the fairways were holding up. Well in the 100 degree weather currently. The staff were very upbeat and we had the course to ourselves, mainly due to intense heat. The layout is very good and some great challenges for all abilities. I have played worse courses in Florida and paid more so some of the derogatory remarks I felt were unnecessary, if you want perfection, pay to go to Grand Cypress and see how that hurts your wallet. I hope this course does come back to its former glory and I would be happy to play it again to help keep it viable.

No other course had our tee time so we played here. Apart from 3. Greens that need desperate attention the course was in good shape. Staff were excellent and they made the difference. So so weather....but beats work

The course had recently been the subject of reseed and it showed. The greens were fast and the pace of play was average. A course marshall could have speeded play up a little bit as some of the delay could have been prevented by golf manners. The fast food that accompanies the turn at most courses did not exist here so not only were they losing revenue, but also negated the need to interrupt the round. All in all good value, but would have scored better if items surrounding the golf had been addressed

Fairways had sprinklers on too long so fairways and greens too wet to play properly. Glad we didn't pay full rate

Spectacular course and in great shape. Beverage cart was spotty but who cares? Service was great and a happy atmosphere all around the facility.....beware of hole 17 on El Campeon....it is a score card destroyer.

On arrival, pro shop staff were on mobile phone apps but stopped for a minute to serve us, then returned to the app! Cart staff were superb and the course was in good condition apart from a few fairways. A few of the greens had not been taken care of but green keepers were trying. Overall not a bad experience, but none I would rush back to. Pro shop staff certainly need training in customer service in order to keep customers.

The price from GolfNow made this play possible. It was spectacular and in great condition. Value for money was exceeded only by the course itself, great value and would play it again in a heartbeat

From Tee Box to Greens, the whole course needs serious attention and resembled playing in a cow pasture. I am glad we only paid $7 as that is all it is worth. True scoring was not possible due to poor fairways and greens so we will give this one a miss in future.

The course was in great shape and offered great value on GolfNow. It had a few areas that could do with basic maintenance, but not many. The staff were great and a fabulous restaurant rounded off the day perfectly

Due to damage, only 9 holes were open but the fairways need weed killer badly and added to this, the only 9 open the greens had been aerated so it was not a true reflection of a round of golf.

The course fairways were better than some greens we have played on, as long as they keep their prices within reason, the golfers will come.
