2 or 3 of the holes were like bomb alley majority of the people we saw I don't believe had a handicap and not very much etiquette. The green were atrocious foll of dry mud were work had been carried out but had not cleared the mess. Majority of people that were playing I presume were staying at the hotel for the weekend as they were large groups teeing off at the same time. Pace of play was very slow 4.5 hrs to complete a course that is not that long. Will not be playing again unless I hear of vast improvements. Not worth £20 a round better value at other courses not that far away.

2nd time I have played this course and after reading other reviews we all say the same but no improvements are made ie some T Boxes are all bare no turf what so ever, the bunkers are a disgrace and require maintenance, greens not been cut for some 7 to 10 days. The pace of play was absolutely atrocious thanks to a 4 ball playing for the town hall clock took 4 and a half hours to get round will definitely not be going back.

Great value for money, quite a few bunkers require weeding and more sand. The majority of T box are like a dust bowl and require another of maintenance. Fairways really good. 1 or 2 greens need attention but the majority are superb and true.Pace of play was great fairly empty 3 hours to complete the round.

Played this course 15/Aug/20, excellent describes the course and the pace of play, Greens 1st Class, its a must and will be played again in the not too distant future.

Every green had large amount of bald patches impossible to score and put a card together. I used to be a member of this golf course some years ago and the greens which were rated as one of the best in Leeds are in my opinion the worst. At to shout at the general publics on several occasions to clear the greens with there remote motorised cars. Bunkers are compacted. Some T boxes are bare and some were unrecognisable as T boxes. If you wish to play T to Green and not bothered about putting then go ahead and play it.
