This course is in great shape from tee to green. Sand traps were good with nice heavier sand. Greens were firm, but we have not had any rain in a month. Very flat so would be good for walking. Lots of different layout holes to keep it interesting. We had two foursomes in front of us and still finished in 3.5 hours. We would go back in a heartbeat.

we were held up on the first hole and it never ended. they need help to keep the pace of play up. We joined up with a single on the first hole, but the 4some in front were brutal. They played of the blues and should have been on the seniors. Last 6 or 7 holes might as well go home. No one can play that slow!!
It's to bad because it is a great course. Lots of interesting hole and lots to look at.

First time playing this course keeps you guessing. Not always sure the best landing areas so you have to pay attention. Hitting the fairway is a must! Loved the course and will go back now I have a better idea of lay up locations. They need to put better marking from hole to hole, got lost a couple of times.

This was the second time this week my wife and I played this course. The price on golfnow.com is great!!! The course is in very good shape with some very interesting holes, because of the recent rain it is playing very long. The only problem they have is the greens. There are many bare spots on most but they still run true. We played the course in just over 3 hours and the other day it was cart path only and still played in under 4 hours. You will enjoy this course very quiet like you are the only one there.

This course is in nice condition with some very interesting holes. Greens are a little slow, but in great condition.

It is nice to see the grass starting to get green. Some of the greens still need some growth, but at least we are playing. 17 & 18 are a challange both with water and play long because of it. Staff was great as always. You cannot go wrong at any of the Jekyll Courses!!!

This course is in excellent condition, with very fast greens. My wife and I played as a twosome and quickly caught up with two groups with 5 players in each group. They would not let us through and the round went downhill after about 5 holes. A marshal could have corrected this. On the last hole they split into groups of 2 & 3. Damage was already done! Not to interested in playing there again.

This is a beautiful links course, but there is always wind blowing to make it very challenging. The course was in great shape with quick greens. We teed off mid afternoon and temps were in mid to high 70's. The wind keep the heat off the body, but not the shots. Everyone found water in our group. Pace of play was good with an under 4 hour round. Play this course you will be glad you did.

When on Jeykll Island you have three 18 hole courses to pick from. All a very good courses. At this time of year bring lots of bug spray. There was a junior tournament taking up 2 of the courses so the other was packed and slow. Playing during the week is always faster.

This course has a great write on their web site, but is not taken care of. All aspects of the course need TLC. Pace of play was so bad we almost walked off after nine hole. Instead we jumped 3 holes to get around some slow players. I would never go back.

The course is always in great shape. Greens are fast and true. We played the course in under 4 hours with no hold ups. It is a pleasure to play a quality course like this in a normal time. Marshal's do a great job of keeping group's moving at a steady pace.
