Right up there with the National, Grand Geneva....welcoming staff, nice layout, pace of play was well managed and conditions are very good. Greens are a challenge, stay below the hole. Enjoy the views on 17 !

Irrigation system does not function and greens and fairways are burnt out and not maintained. General maintenance is severely lacking with no defined fairways, majority of tee boxes are not in use due to damage and signage to next holes is weak. They have a few signs on course to indicate intentions to improve course but no evidence of such. At this time this course is not playable and should be advertised as such until improved. Obviously, I feel cheated to have paid and wasted my time ! Should be removed from GOLFNOW

The Club At Westminster

Clearly the course has lacked investment over the years and needs some work throughout. Inconsistent green and fairway conditions, many areas lacking grass cover, and some bunkers need work, very thin. On the positive some interesting hole layouts and a hand full of greens in decent condition, with some TLC maybe in a couple of years greens and fairways may fill out.
Unfortunately pace of play was slow today, with a 2:20 front nine and was also not pleased when group behind us was allowed to skip ahead on turn as we went inside to grab some beverage...max 5 minutes. Then we had to wait on 10 tee box for the group to go off. Not very user friendly of the foursome (which were course residents - they took extra time on one hole for one of the players to run into his house to get more drinks !) and starter should have stepped in.
As noted, would only recommend at a discount rate from the posted $75.
Resort style course, fair landing areas off tees and large greens - not too fast, in great shape and good value with Golf now special rates.
Best of all 3:15 minute round mid morning on Thursday with a 4some in front. Great pace for resort course !
