We’ve played Cinco Ranch for many years. It’s a fun layout with a friendly staff, but the course conditions can very significantly throughout the year. While the greens and the bunkers were in good shape this March, the fairways were quite tight with a lot of hard pan in play. I don’t think we had more than a few shots with an even a slight cushion of fairway grass. Hopefully it improves as we get closer to the heart of Texas golf season.

I've played this course several times since it opened in November. Greens and tee boxes are in excellent shape. What a treat to play on zoysia grass, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. I enjoy the elevation changes throughout the course, unusual and a nice change of pace in the Houston area. 6 or so holes are pretty straight forward with forgiving fairways. You can wind up on these. The course has a dozen or so holes with a variety of water, bunkers, and doglegs providing both mental and physical challenge. The course is "fun" to play. The staff is super friendly. There is no clubhouse at the moment, but they do have a food truck out front and snacks and drinks in their temporary facility.

Fun course to play. Each hole has its own unique character making this a great layout. No two holes are alike and there's plenty of variation including left & right doglegs, water hazards, and some slight elevation.

The layout makes the course fun to play. However, the fairways where covered in leaves and pine needles. In was December so I'll give them that, but no maintenance had been done whatsoever to remove debris from the fairways or greens. The coverage was pretty thin as well so we played pick, clean and place all day.

This is just a fun course to play. Great layout not overly difficult but still some water coming into play along the course. Greens were in very good shape especially for early season play.

For late winter conditions the course was in good shape. The layout makes the course both challenging and fun to play.

A hidden gem in North Ogden. A very fun course to play with a nice layout that offer is good Friday.
