Everything was great including course condition, staff, carts, range,, customers. and they let you take the cart to your car at convenient parking lot for unloading after the round. BUT, Airforce jets nearby made a racket almost continuously. Also, the location in the West valley is not convenient to Scottsdale.

This course is challenging with a lot of traps, both water and sand. I found the course unusually difficult because of the mini hills all over the fairways. Interesting layout with doglegs and water in just the place to trap you if you didn't hit a perfect approach shot. Good pace of play. It was super hot but it was, after all, summer in Florida.

Course was loaded with water and sand traps which really challenged my game. It was a very enjoyable round.

Don't be fooled with the course photos on the internet. It's worse. Play this course for variety but don't expect too much.

The Course condition was fair to poor. Many fairways has bald spots and greens were rough. Lots of driving between many holes; proximity to FL turnpike was annoying and distracting; slow play ahead by multiple groups resulted in a four hour round; staff were very friendly but mask use was not consistent (starter did not wear a mask nor did cart bag guy. With that said, there were many interesting holes especially including the par 3s.

The new carts are a pleasure with strong acceleration, comfortable seats, and shock absorbers. The course is primed for play for the winter.

Course is Improving and getting better; golfers are the friendliest I have encountered in the area!

The golf club can't fix the weather but they are triying to fix the course which is still is a bit rough in patches. They have instituted a new policy to allow singles to use a seperate cart for an extra $10 convenience fee when busy to protect singles from riding with strangers. Congratulations for instituting a policy that shows common sense and respect for its customers during this pandemic. Thank you.

I discovered when I tried to tee off from the 1st tee that the front 9 were CLOSED. Of course, that meant that all play was going to take place on the back 9. It turned out to be a zoo. So, I QUIT after 9 holes due to frustration at the pace of play. So much for my bargain. Golfnow had no warning about this catastrophe. I just wasted $13.00 and one hour of driving time for the roundtrip car ride..

Great value was due to a "hot deal". The golf course management is highly sensitive to Covid-19. They encourage contactless booking & payment by suggesting direct booking by phone. They allow each person to use a seperate cart and to play a round as a single. You can reserve a tee time for yourself due to Covid-19 The course is well maintained and the staff is very respectful of your golf. They have an overall relaxed policy for a very enjoyable round. I recently played 18 holes in 3 hours with a playing partner and re-hit many shots.

Storms, storms and more storms and even with a cart path only policy (due only to very wet conditions), my round was great. Why? I played solo with no one playing in front or back, took my time, and practiced, practiced and practiced on course with every shot imaginable using almost every club in the bag. What's not to love?

In addition to the course improving daily from the aerofication, the patrons and staff make this place even better. every time I play.

Even the aeration of the course didn't justify a lower rating because it was still in very playable shape. This course is long and challenging with a number of bunkers and turns. It gives you an oportunity to use every club in the bag. People are very friendly as well as the staff. Very enjoyable all the way around!
