Two of us played the third of November and we were disappointed in the condition of the course. It seemed underwatered, dry in many spots, and fairway grass thin in general. The fringe around the green was very long, not cut at all, and the ball was difficult to find in some spots. In fact, it was difficult to find in many parts of the course including the fairways. The greens were in fine condition in general. The layout of the course was nice but overall, the course condition seemed poor and we will not be playing here again until we hear it improves.

I haven't played this course in fifteen or twenty years and I was pleasantly surprised to find it in pretty good shape. The fairways were well maintained but the rough could be cleaned up, mowed, and filled in better. Abundance of cottonwood tree leaves are always a problem. The greens were well maintained and fast. Pace of play was really quick but it was a weekday.
The clubhouse and pro shop are in desperate need of remodeling, but who cares.
Great value for the money, I will be playing again soon.
